1) Input / Output Embedded Chips: TE4075 and TE8075

The TE4075 and TE8075 are advanced embedded ICs designed for precise analog data acquisition and conversion to digital output. TE4075 supports up to 4 analog input channels, while TE8075 extends this capability to 8 analog input channels, both converting signals into reliable serial output. These chips integrate a high-resolution ADC, ensuring accurate measurement of low-level process signals. Communication is achieved via a robust RS485 or UART-compatible serial interface, enabling long-distance and noise-immune data transfer. Compact design and low power consumption make them ideal for industrial, laboratory, and instrumentation applications. Both chips are engineered with built-in calibration support for long-term stability. They provide flexible input ranges to accommodate different types of analog sensors. Designed as building blocks, they allow OEMs and channel partners to create customized hardware solutions around them. Their integration ensures cost efficiency, high performance, and scalability. Together, TE4075 and TE8075 represent the foundation of Tech Embedded’s instrumentation ecosystem.

2) Assembled Cards (PCBs) for USB or RS485 Communication

Our assembled cards are ready-to-use printed circuit boards built around the TE4075 and TE8075 embedded chips, designed to simplify integration for OEMs, developers, and end users. These cards are available in 4-channel and 8-channel versions, supporting both USB 2.0 and RS485 serial interfaces for versatile connectivity to PCs or industrial networks. Each PCB includes the necessary signal conditioning circuits, power regulation, and communication drivers, eliminating the need for external interface components. The USB models are powered directly from the host computer, while RS485 versions support external 9–24 V DC supplies for field deployment. Input ranges are configurable (0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, and Thermocouples),  ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of industrial sensors. Built-in transient protection, ESD safeguards, and filtering enhance reliability in harsh environments. These PCBs are compact, modular, and offered with detailed reference documentation, allowing customers to rapidly prototype or directly deploy them in small-scale systems. Standard driver software and APIs are included, ensuring plug-and-play connectivity with Tech Embedded’s OmniLOG and OmniCON software platforms. In essence, these cards bridge the gap between raw embedded ICs and complete finished systems, offering fast time-to-market and dependable performance.

3) Fully Manufactured Unit

The fully manufactured units are ready-to-deploy instrumentation devices that integrate Tech Embedded’s assembled cards into robust enclosures with field-ready interfaces. These units are offered in both 4-channel and 8-channel models, supporting analog input ranges of all Thermocouples, 0–5 V, 0–10 V, and 4–20 mA, making them suitable for most industrial and laboratory sensors. Communication options include USB 2.0 plug-and-play for PC-based environments and RS485 multi-drop networks for distributed industrial systems. Housed in rugged metallic enclosures, the units are designed for long-term durability under harsh conditions. They include galvanic isolation between inputs, outputs, and communication ports, protecting against ground loops and electrical noise. Power options are flexible, with USB bus power or external 9–24 V DC input depending on the version. Each unit comes with preloaded firmware, tested calibration, and is immediately compatible with Tech Embedded’s software suite for monitoring, logging, and control. Mounting options include DIN-rail, panel, or desktop use, ensuring easy integration into existing setups. These turnkey devices are ideal for customers seeking out-of-the-box functionality without hardware assembly or customization.

4) Fully Integrated Solution

The fully integrated solutions combine hardware, software, and system-level engineering into a single package, offering customers a complete, ready-to-use instrumentation and control platform. At the core is a dependable Industrial-grade Computer, seamlessly connected to multiple input/output cards through USB or RS485 networks. These systems support a wide range of analog and digital I/O modules, ensuring scalability for different industrial processes. Tech Embedded’s software suite—OmniLOG for data acquisition and OmniCON for monitoring and control—comes pre-installed, enabling immediate operation without additional setup. Features include real-time data visualization, historical logging, alarm annunciation, and control logic execution, creating a mini-SCADA environment for small to mid-scale automation. Built-in isolation and protection circuits safeguard against industrial noise, ensuring reliability in 24×7 applications. These solutions support process mimic displays, advanced analysis tools, and remote monitoring, available as optional software upgrades. Rugged enclosures, wall or panel mounting, and flexible power options make them field-ready and easy to deploy. Customers benefit from a single-point turnkey solution that reduces integration time, lowers engineering costs, and guarantees compatibility across all system components. This approach is ideal for OEMs, system integrators, and end-users looking for a scalable, future-ready industrial automation platform.
